Spinal tap negative!

This may be false hope but it is the best news we have heard lately. Logan's cerebrospinal fluid (CSF--from spinal tap) tested NEGATIVE for tumor cells! This doesn't eliminate possibility of tumors in spine and on optic nerve. Not sure if I understand completely, but his Doctor said there is only a 15% chance that tumors can exist where CSF is negative (even though it does look like metastatic disease to the main radiologist, we will cling to this small bit of hope until tomorrow at least.)
